MeiFu-Mould adopted international advanced system - CAD/CAM/CAE in mould design and injection molding. We use professional software such as UG, Pro-E, Solidworks, and so on.

Customer provide the 2D or 3D drawings in DXF, DWG, PRT, SAT, IGES, STEP format etc, or just send us the sample. We will scan the sample and make product blueprint, start the mould design after customer's confirmation, and we can customize the existing projects.

MeiFu-Mould will run a very detail project evaluation at the very beginning and offer a DFM report for customer further discussion, considering detail items about the mold design, part design improvement etc, then find a solution which makes customer most satisfied.

MeiFu-Mould also provide full 3D mold drawings and 2D mold layout for customer's approval.
